Civil and mercantile contracts
- Preliminary analysis, drafting, revision, modifications and comments, negotiation, analysis of non-performance and termination of service and merchandise contracts, rental contracts, real estate purchase/sale contracts, distribution, agency and franchise contracts, trademark licenses, etc.
- Meetings with client by telephone and teleconference, at our office or at the client’s offices, attendance at negotiations and closings.
Extrajudicial and judicial negotiations and claims
- Negotiations and out-or-court or court claims: Advice on the legal strategy for negotiations with partners, clients, suppliers etc. with support and participation of a lawyer.
- Debt and invoice claims: analysis of the viability of debt collection and the solvency of the debtor, claim letters, burofax, negotiations for recognition of debt.. Analysis of the viability of a court claim, submission, coordination and follow-up of the court action. .
- Claims to recover unpaid promissory notes and checks.
- Analysis of the viability of initiating different civil or mercantile court actions though achieving a final judgment or settlement with the opposing party and submission of court enforcement proceedings to demand performance of the sentence.
Preliminary counsel
- Preliminary advice on the obligations of company in relation to protection of personal data and compliance.
- Preliminary advice on matters which are not among the specializations of the firm; recommendation and coordination with specialists (criminal, administrative, labor, intellectual property, etc.).
