Why do our clients choose Powers Abogados rather than other firms?
We are lawyers with solid experience in most areas of Spanish law; we understand the needs of our foreign clients and can communicate with them efficiently and fluently. They trust us, customarily giving us powers of attorney forcompany issues, investments, sales, inheritances, etc., making it unnecessary for them to travel to Spain, thus saving them expense and time.
How does Powers Abogados work?
After a preliminary consultation by telephone and/or email and review of the basic issues and documents, an opinion and a general estimate of fees and expenses is provided. If the estimate is acceptable, a retainer agreement is signed between the Firm and the Client and a retainer paid. If appropriate, the client gives the Firm lawyers a power of attorney to act on his/her behalf. A preliminary plan of action and regular progress reports are furnished and monthly fully descriptive invoices are issued in English.
